Dermatology LTD is a physician-owned medical practice focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of medical and surgical diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. The practice was founded in 1951 by late Dr. John Laskas Sr. and co-led with other physicians for 50 years by Dr. John Laskas, Jr. from 1975 until his retirement in 2025. Our dedicated team of board-certified dermatologists strive to maintain their legacies through commitment to provide each patient with the highest quality dermatologic care.
Our Glen Mills and Media, PA offices provide in office surgeries for the removal/treatment of a variety of skin lesions, both benign (cysts, lipomas, moles, etc.) and cancerous (basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas and melanomas ). We often work together with other specialists such as plastic/ oculoplastic surgeons, medical/surgical oncologists and radiation oncologists for the more complicated cases.
Aside from our rapid turnaround time, our dermatologists can review the pathology slides and correlate them to what they see on exam, formulating the most appropriate treatments.
Additionally, we now offer both clinical and medical cosmetic services in Media by Dr. Nicholas Guido and our inhouse esthetician, Alexandra Efthimiadis, respectively.
