We kindly request the courtesy of giving us 24 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment as we often have patients waiting for cancelled slots.
These will be handled by the doctor on call and should be reserved for urgent or emergency problems unable to wait for the following day. The answering service will take the necessary information and relay it to the appropriate physician. The answering service will not refer emergency calls for patients who have never been seen by our doctors.
